After beating Bevier Friday, the Brashear softball team faced Green City in the District semi-finals game Monday. Brashear got on the scoreboard with a run in the 2nd and 3 runs in the 3rd and lead 5-1 after 6 innings. Things went seriously wrong for the Lady Tigers in the 7th as Green City scored 5 times to claim a 6-5 win ending Brashear's season. Paige Stutsman had 2 hits, with Cassidy Althide, Lillie McKim, Heidi Lay, Tayla Garlock, and Marissa McMann also having hits. Cassidy Althide got the start with Maddie Moots pitching in relief.
